Itinerary

ITINERARY: 

We begin early with hotel pickup in Cusco at approximately 4:00 AM, and travel in a comfortable private bus toward the province of Sicuani. During the 3.5-hour journey, you’ll enjoy scenic views as we head to our destination. Upon arrival in Sicuani, we’ll enjoy a delicious breakfast to energize us for the adventure ahead.

After breakfast, we continue by bus to Languilayo Lagoon, heading toward the community of Layo — a drive of about one hour. From there, we begin a 5-kilometer hike (approximately 1.5 hours) toward the striking Pallay Punchu Mountain, located at an altitude of 4,790 meters (15,715 feet) above sea level.

Once at the summit, we are rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views. You’ll marvel at the majestic landscapes and enjoy a special moment of connection with nature.

After taking in the scenery and capturing some memorable photos, we return to Layo and board our bus back to Sicuani. There, a buffet lunch with a variety of local dishes will be waiting for us.

Finally, we say goodbye to Sicuani and return to Cusco by bus. We will arrive in Cusco around 5:00 PM, near the Plaza de Armas, with the satisfaction of having experienced an unforgettable adventure to Pallay Punchu Mountain.
